Ingredients

Non-acidic dense cottage cheese 300 ml
Yogurt (kefir) live 200 ml
Hercules (I have a small 3 or 5-minute cooking) 50 g (4 tbsp. L.)
Liquid honey 2-3 tsp
Dried apricots and raisins (I have dried cherries) 20 g each
Favorite jam for serving, preferably live (I have honey and viburnum jelly) taste
Nuts and honey for another option taste
Can add vanilla sugar instead of honey
Fresh or frozen berries taste
