  • Add all the ingredients to HP, "Pelmeni" mode, 20 minutes. Yes, I wanted to clarify, depending on the flour, more or less liquid may go away, I got 2 eggs + water = 190-200 ml. for 300 grams of flour.

By the way, I add a tablespoon of ground dried mushrooms to the noodle dough - it turns out brown, and the smell is just breathtaking), and the soup is very tasty. The only drawback with mushrooms is that the dough is not so plastic and can tear on a rolling machine - but you still end up cutting the noodles.
