Ingredients

Raw potatoes 2-3 pcs.
Wheat flour 3 tbsp. l
Corn flour 1 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil for deep fat 300 ml.
Fresh chopped ginger (dry) 1 tsp
Ground coriander 2 tsp
Spicy pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chopped greens (cilantro or parsley) 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Batter water 1/2 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Hello everyone! Many are surely known for the famous fries.
  • Do you know that if you moisten potatoes in a thick batter with spices, herbs and fry until crisp, how delicious it is? If not, then this recipe is for you. Everything is done quickly and easily, the potatoes will be crispy, spicy and aromatic.
  • Peel potatoes and cut into rings, rinse and pat dry with a towel. Combine flour, ginger, spices, hot peppers, salt, and herbs in a large bowl. Add water little by little until a paste forms. Heat a large skillet with oil over medium heat. Dip the potatoes in portions in the paste, let it sit for about 3-4 minutes for a while, let it drain a little, fry in hot oil until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon. Put the finished potatoes on a napkin so that the excess oil is absorbed.
