Ingredients

Split peas 250 gr.
Rack of pork ribs 600 gr.
Lard 100 g
Leek 2 pcs.
Celery root 1/2 pcs.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Thin 2 pcs.
Salt taste
Ground black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • 1) Put the ribs and bacon in the multicooker bowl, pour 2 liters. cold water and cook for 2 hours on the "Soup / Stew" mode.
  • 2) While the meat is cooking, cut the leek into slices (the white part), the celery root into cubes, the carrots into the flowers. Cut the sausages into slices. Rinse the peas under cold water.
  • 3) We take out the meat and lard and cool. Strain the broth so that there are no small seeds and return to the multicooker bowl.
  • 4) Put the peas and vegetables in the broth and cook on the Soup / Stew mode for another 50 minutes.
  • 5) Cut the cooled meat and lard into pieces. Add salt and pepper to the soup along with the sausage to taste and let it brew for at least 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with brown bread!
