Perhaps this is not quite the topic, but I could not resist not to write. As a child, I hated cabbage soup. How many tears were shed over the plates of cabbage soup. And somehow we went to rest in the Caucasus. Mom cooked cabbage soup and added Abkhaz adzhiga to them. With what pleasure I ate them, I still remember how delicious it was.
And now, I cook adzhiga and always add a little bit of it to soups, cabbage soup .... And when I cook sour cabbage soup, I always add dry cilantro a little.
Therefore, I find your recipe very interesting and will vote for it.

barbariscka,

I understand you well.
At one time I had a neighbor - a Georgian woman, a refugee from Abkhazia. I learned a lot from her in terms of national cooking

Awesome, I'm cooking right now. Thank you!

We ate it with pleasure, did not have time to photograph. Himself 2 times added the additive.
