Barley porridge with dried fruits and honey (for Zigmund & Shtain MC-DS42IH)

Ingredients

Barley grits 160 ml.
Water 480 ml.
Milk 160 ml.
Salt 1 pinch
Sugar 1 pinch
Dried apricots 4 things.
Raisins 16 pieces
Almond 8 pcs.
Butter 1 slice
Honey 4 tbsp. l. liquid

Cooking method

  • 1) We pre-wash the groats - IT'S MANDATORY! Yachka is simply famous for its litter.
  • 2) We wash the dried fruits and, if necessary, steam them in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  • 3) We put cereals in a multicooker bowl, fill with water and milk. Put dried fruits, almonds and a piece of butter on top. We turn on the "Milk porridge" mode for 20 minutes.
  • 4) After readiness, salt and add sugar, mix. Sprinkle with honey when serving

Recently I discovered barley groats. Although the whole family was kasheed, for some reason they did not cook barley. And she is SO useful, it turns out !!! And delicious!
