Chicken in Marsala (for Zigmund & Shtain MC-DS42IH)

Ingredients

A hen 4 pieces
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Thyme 2 sprigs fresh or 1/2 tsp dried
Garlic 1 clove
Salt taste
Ground black pepper taste
Marsala or other strong wine (eg Sherry) 190 ml.

Cooking method

  • 1) Turn on the "Fry" mode for 10 minutes. Add oil to the bowl and heat up (about 1 minute).
  • 2) Saute the finely chopped garlic and thyme for one minute.
  • 3) Then place the chicken pieces in the bowl and fry for 4 minutes on each side.
  • 4) Turn on the "Stew" mode, add marsala and cook for 20 minutes.
