Chicken heart and mussel julienne with cheese

Ingredients

Raw chicken hearts 1 kg.
To boil hearts:
Water
White wine vinegar / white semi-dry wine 2 tbsp. l. / 0.5 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Allspice 5 pieces.
For julien:
Mussels w / m 300 gr.
Butter 1 tbsp. l.
Processed cheese 200 gr.
Hard cheese type Russian (I have Adyghe) 200 gr.
Garlic 1 tooth.
Salt and spices to taste

Cooking method

  • Rinse chicken hearts. Pour water into the multicooker bowl so that they are completely immersed. Add salt and spices, vinegar. The optimal mode is Simmering 1 hour, pressure is maximum. Let the hearts cool in the broth. Slice hearts lengthwise.
  • Defrost the mussels. Drain the liquid. If the mussels are large, cut in half.
  • In a dry frying pan, heat a clove of garlic, cut in half. Add butter. Add hearts and melted cheese. Cover and melt the cheese over low heat.
  • Add mussels. Stir. Finish with salt and spices. I didn’t add anything as the taste is full of garlic aroma and cheese flavor. Do not heat too much. Just mix.
  • Chicken heart and mussel julienne with cheese
  • Put in the form. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake.
  • Serve hot. But tasty and cold.

Note

A very satisfying and aromatic dish. Recommend! Instead of mussels, it is delicious to use shrimp.
