raw veal brains 200 gr.
onion 25 gr.
light butter 15 gr.
vinegar 10 gr.
boiled egg half
parsley and / or dill 10 gr.
green onion 10 gr.
salt, ground pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Wash the brains, remove the films, and boil in boiling water with vinegar for 3-5 minutes.
  • 2. Dry, cool, cut into cubes.
  • 3. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown in oil.
  • 4. Boil the egg. Crumble. In the original recipe, in general, instead of a boiled egg, 1 raw yolk is used. But somehow I'm not ready to eat a raw egg.
  • 5. We connect brains, fried onions, eggs. Salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  • Tasty, easy, not very high in calories. The same composition but in a crushed state is an option for spreading on sandwiches, in savory profiteroles, in pancakes, etc. And all this is not at all expensive.
