Celery with mustard seeds in a multicooker Steba DD2

Ingredients

Celery root 400 g
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp. l
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Butter / sunflower oil for frying
Cream fat content 22% 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Peel the celery root and cut into thin (about 0.5 cm) slices.
  • Start the FRYING program.
  • After the signal, fill in the mustard seeds and warm up until they crackle.
  • Add oil, stir.
  • Add chopped celery, toss until it is evenly covered with oil and seeds, and fry a little, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Turn off the program.
  • Set the BROWNING program temperature 110 g, time 25 minutes (lid closed, valve open).
  • When ready, transfer to a dish, if desired, pour with warm cream and serve.
