Ingredients

Biscuit crumb did not weigh
boiled condensed milk 3 tbsp. l.
powdered sugar 2 tbsp. l.
butter 50 gr.
For filling
lemon Kurd did not weigh
chocolate glaze white and dark

Cooking method

  • Sponge cake, or biscuit cakes from cakes (as in my case), grind in a blender. Mix with boiled condensed milk, icing sugar and softened butter. The mass should be quite dense. If you have a favorite recipe, pastry potatoes, then you can do it. Then I made balls of 10 grams. We put them in a baking dish for cake pops, knead a little and use a spoon for making balls from fruits, make a hole. Maybe someone will come up with a different idea, but only such an idea came to me. Now we fill it with lemon curd (the filling can be anything to your taste) and send it to the freezer, but not for complete solidification, but just to grab. Now we connect the halves, we dip the resulting ball into the shock glaze.

Note

I saw a device on our website for making filled balls. And of course my fantasy worked ... but why not try it with a silicone mold, especially the biscuit scraps were enough for an experiment. I was very pleased that everything was so simple and pretty quick! Hope you enjoy it too!
