Classic sponge cake for multicooker-pressure cooker Redmond RMC-M4504

Ingredients

6 pcs Eggs
200 g Sugar
250 g Flour

Cooking method

  • Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, stir. Beat with a mixer first at a slow speed until foam appears, then increase the speed to maximum and beat until a fluffy white mass (at least 10 minutes). Eggs should be at room temperature. I used 1C eggs.
  • Sift the flour and add it to the egg-sugar mixture in 2 doses. Stir gently with a spatula from top to bottom until the lumps of flour disappear. It is not necessary to stir for a long time so that the dough does not settle.
  • Cover the bowl of the multicooker with baking paper, or grease with oil, you do not need to grease the sides.
  • pour the dough into a bowl. Close the lid.
  • set the "soup" mode. Time is 1 hour and 20 minutes. The valve is in the open position.
  • After finishing work, open the lid and allow to cool for about 15 minutes. Then turn the bowl onto a plate, remove the biscuit, transfer it to the wire rack, cover with a towel and let cool.

Time for preparing:

1 hour 20 minutes

Cooking program:

Soup

Note

Redmond RMC-M4504 multicooker-pressure cooker recipe

The height of the biscuit is 6 cm. The biscuit is very light and airy. Baking powder is not needed here, since well-beaten eggs replace it here. If a biscuit is needed just for tea drinking, then you can eat it immediately warm, and if for a cake, then it is advisable to let it lie down for at least 8 hours.

Interestingly, I must try, I never baked anything in the "soup" mode and did not even see anything like it, I wonder why this particular mode was chosen, in Redmond cartoons there are many modes for baking, than this is better?
