Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with salt. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • According to this recipe, pancakes are always perfectly thin. The flour is indicated approximately, but do not shift - the dough should be thin.

We take a light beer, or better generally non-alcoholic, soda in it gurgles and no one will guess that there was beer at all. And with dark beer it's not for everybody. Smelling pancakes before the Osa! But to wrap herrings or salmon ... And all men are our beer lovers!

I take regular light beer.
There is no beer smell There is some other very pleasant smell. Something in between honey baked fresh bread, vanilla and the smell of smoke.
Do not ask where it comes from, but I have such associations.
And most importantly, even though the pancakes are thin, they are not porous and durable, so even wrapping a liquid filling in them is a pleasure - nothing flows out and does not get dirty.
