Tomato pickle 330 ml.
Pressed yeast 10 grams
Rye malt 2 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Panifarin 1 tsp
Grain mustard 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • I have a Panasonic 2501 bread maker, mode Main time 3-40, crust color Medium. I put the ingredients according to the instructions. In the recipe, panifarin was replaced by 1 tsp. a spoonful of potato starch, we don't add salt and sugar, because we have everything in our brine, I didn't add mustard, I think it's an amateur, we don't have such in our family.

I report the bread is delicious, only the liquid was not enough, I did not follow the bun, I have pickle with vinegar and aspirin, I put 6 tablespoons of sugar and 2 salt on the balloon, there is not enough for us in the bread, in the trail. I'll put some sugar in once. Due to the lack of mustard seeds, I replaced 1 teaspoon with mustard powder. Thanks for the recipe
