Cabbage crispbread (lean)

Ingredients

Water 1 item (250)
Cabbage 1.5 tbsp (grind with a blender)
Flour 3 tbsp.
Yeast 30 gr. (Fresh)
salt 1.5 tsp
sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Breads, or buns, as anyone calls them, but the taste, of course, resembles more bread, are good with soup, or borschik!
  • Combine everything together (flour last), knead the dough, and put it to rise, then
  • roll out about 2 cm thick, and cut out the loaves with a glass, or form 40 grams each, then grease the top with water, tea, and sprinkle
  • whoever likes what, dry garlic, bake grain mixture with coarse salt, for about 15-25 minutes, at 180 degrees.
  • I sprinkled with a mixture of spices with fine salt)
  • Cabbage crispbread (lean)
