Hello teenager! Great cookies! The structure is flaky?
V-tina
Hi, Irisha, you have a diamond eye, puff cookies, yes, and crumbly
Shyrshunchik
V-tina, Tina, thank you for recalling this recipe, I haven't baked for a very long time, but I forgot when the last time I bought beer, I used to bake pancakes on beer and batter for red fish, it turns out very well. But beer almost never happens at home, and the recipes are forgotten.

Tanya, beer doesn't have to be freshly bought. Looks like the wrong product. I have a can in the refrigerator for months. I cast as much as necessary. So you don't have to immediately spend what you bought.
V-tina
Tatyana, you are always welcome. I took a glass of beer from my husband and - here are the cookies mountain

Girls, if they drank beer, it’s not a question, I would take it away and everything is simple, when they don’t drink it, then somehow from unnecessarily and pass by in the store. And so in the recipe bookmark, I will look through that in the bookmark and Oban, you need to buy beer.
V-tina
Tanyush, buy a small one - four times is enough
Shyrshunchik
sapuch
Perhaps you can sprinkle it with grated cheese and pepper on top?
V-tina
sapuch, of course, sugar is not in the dough
sapuch
In fact, these are thoughts out loud: it's time to run for beer (it's still sourdough died does not work)
V-tina

These cookies are delicious! And most importantly, they prepare easily and from available products!
I know the recipe since childhood, a very good friend of our family shared this recipe (she didn't have eggs).
Only our cookies were smaller, fluffier and did not have such baked edges. It is lighter and more golden.

Only our recipe is twice as large, it is designed for a family.
(2 packs of frozen margarine grate on a coarse grater, grind with 4.5 cups of flour (st. 250 ml) into crumbs, and pour in a glass of beer (you can use the old one). Knead the dough. Divide the dough into 4 parts and put in the freezer for 30 min Transfer the dough to the refrigerator and roll out one piece. Sprinkle the rolled dough with sugar, go over the dough with a rolling pin, imprinting sugar on top so that it doesn't crumble. The dough is not very thin!
Cookies like seeds are eaten! Khrum-Khrum Such cookies can be baked with salt, sesame seeds, poppy seeds ....... and even without anything. The cookies are very flaky!
The dough (if not baked all at once) is stored in the refrigerator for several days.

Who hasn't tried ?! Recommend! Delicious cookies!
V-tina
valushka-s, Thank you!

it's a matter of taste - we love this crunchier, that's why I roll it out thinly, and the edges - I wait until the sugar melts into caramel - well, very tasty

Only we have a recipe twice as much
my original one was also twice as big, but it's dying to eat so many three
Yarinka
Tina, thanks for the good recipe - everything is fast and tasty, though I almost missed it, literally in 5 minutes they were ready thanks to the subtlety of rolling ... I did it in butter, I took a little less, and the beer always stays a little more after the weekend, rolled on sugar + ground peanut kazinaki + a little old gingerbread cookie-super, everything went into business, instead of wallowing in the bottom of the barrel !!!!
And of course, bookmarks !!!
V-tina
Irina, I'm very glad that I liked the cookies, and even the additives .. simply delicious
Yarinka
Well, there is a decent plate, it will probably be enough for 3-4 days, and again, Tina, thank you and please us with new recipes !!!

V-tina
it turned out great
Yarinka
-Thank you, good recipes for all of us !!!!

Cookies from childhood, my mother often cooked them for us, and now I also cook them. I usually divide the dough into 2 parts, for my daughter I make it with sugar, and for my husband with sesame seeds, flax seeds and seeds. Thank you for reminding me!
V-tina
Lesya, you're welcome

And we did it a little differently. According to grandmother's recipe, pour beer into melted margarine, add flour. And then the dough rests in the refrigerator for 2 hours. The technology is slightly different, the composition is exactly the same).
V-tina
Lena, you have to try, of course, but I think that the taste will be different)
Robin bobin
Yes? And I think there won't be much difference). The essence is the same - the dough should be cold. I'll try both now too.
V-tina
Lena, I don't know, but for some reason it seems to me that the structure should be different
Robin bobin
And by what means? beer puffs the dough anyway).
V-tina
Lena, melted and not melted margarine greatly change the taste of the dough, I know that for sure. And in this case I am not asserting anything, I am just guessing. In any case, when I get ready to bake, I will try and bake according to your option, thanks
Robin bobin
An excellent recipe after all, thanks)

The structure turned out like this, it is with melted
Egg-free beer cookies
V-tina
Lena, thanks for the photo, yours looks more magnificent than according to my recipe, very appetizing
liyashik
Tina, I just baked.
I made half portions in butter. Disposed of beer. I love the layered structure of the dough, but for some reason it seemed a bit bold.
The recipe has been in the bookmarks for a long time, I was finally able to try it. We need to leave cookies for breakfast, it seems to me that it will go better in the morning))
While baking, a distinct aroma of beer was heard ...
V-tina
Leahmaybe a bit fat due to the oil? I only make these cookies on margarine. Yes, there is a beer aroma during baking, but it is so, quite pleasant, as for me) I hope the cookies will be more pleasant in the morning
liyashik
Tina, and maybe due to oil.
And I have nothing against the beer smell, I generally love beer)).
