Portion wheat and corn bread for breakfast

Ingredients

Wheat flour 400gr
Corn flour 100gr
Olive oil 3st l
Fast acting yeast 7gr
Room temperature water 270gr
Sun-dried tomatoes 70gr
Italian herbs 2h l
Salt 1h l
Sugar 1st l
Sesame seeds for sprinkling 15gr
Yolk for smearing 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Add salt, sugar, herbs, tomatoes, butter, yeast, water to the sifted flour and knead the dough for 15 minutes. In my case, the batch was a Kenwood kitchen machine. The dough should not be sticky. Cover the bowl with oiled wrap and put in a warm place for 1 hour, it should increase 3 times. Mix again for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180g. Place parchment paper sprinkled with flour on a baking sheet. Form small buns and let rise on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.
  • Make cuts on top, brush with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Output 17pcs.
  • Bake 20min
