baker
Hello, tell me, is it possible to make a good baking / bread / pie, no matter what it is called on soda using rye flour? I noticed that with the use of rye flour, the product seems to be underbaked. On one wheat it is much better, and it rises better. Somewhere 400-600 grams of equal rye and whole wheat flour (in total), half a liter of water, three hundred spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar (add to water), a teaspoon of soda (mix thoroughly with flour).

Maybe! But, you need to adapt to such baking.
