Mackerel, easy to prepare

Ingredients

Frozen mackerel 2 pcs
Boiled eggs 2 pcs
Small boiled carrots 1 PC
Gelatin 20gram
salt, spices taste
pickle 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Peel the fish of entrails and fins, tail, cut off the head, cut along the back and remove the ridge from the back. Rinse the carcass well, get wet, season with salt and pepper. Expand, put skin side down. Sprinkle dry gelatin on top of the carcass, then rub the eggs and carrots, cut the cucumber into cubes and put on top. All! We stuffed the fish, and now we give it the shape of a carcass by folding it in half. Wrap it tightly in plastic, put it in a saucepan, fill it with cold water and cook for 40 minutes from the moment it boils. We take out the fish, without expanding, put it under oppression until it cools. Honestly, I did not succeed in putting oppression on it, I rolled it very tightly and off the round fish, the oppression fell off.
  • That's all! Delicious, not fatty, dietary dish!
