Ingredients

Turkey (minced) 700 g
Carrot 150 g
Stalked celery 100 g
Tomato 100 g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Garlic 10 teeth
Potatoes 300 g
Fresh champignons 4 things
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Unrefined sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
Oregano fresh 1 bundle
Sea salt (for all layers) 1 tsp
Pepper mix 1/2 tsp +1/2 tsp
Hops-suneli spices 1 tsp
Oregano dry 1 tsp
Dry paprika 1 tsp
Parsley, dry dill 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Grate the peeled carrots and celery on a slicer grater into thin slices. Dice the tomato and peeled garlic. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut across 0.5 cm slices. Peel the mushrooms dry and cut lengthwise into slices.
  • Sprinkle the bottom of a ceramic pot with olive oil, put onion, 1/2 part garlic, sprinkle with dry oregano and 1/2 tsp. mixture of peppers and a little salt. Then lay out the layers of tomatoes, celery, carrots, ground turkey. Then add a little salt, sprinkle with suneli hops, 1/2 tsp. mixture of peppers, fresh oregano (no twigs). Place a layer of mushrooms, sprinkle with the remaining garlic and a layer of potatoes on top. Salt the potatoes a little, sprinkle with dry parsley and dill, paprika and evenly pour unrefined sunflower oil.

  • Cover the saucepan and place in a cold oven, gradually increase the temperature to 180 degrees (within 10 minutes) and cook for 30 minutes. Then raise the temperature to 200 degrees and cook for 1 hour. Let stand in the switched off oven for another 30 minutes (if you have time).
