Toast bread in a non-standard form at Panasonik

Ingredients

Dough:
fresh pressed yeast 6 g
warm water 50 ml
sugar 1 tsp
premium wheat flour 30 g
Dough:
premium wheat flour 370 g
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
whey or water 200 ml
all dough
butter soft 30 g

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast, sugar in warm water, add flour, stir well and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes, covering the bowl with foil.
  • Pour sifted flour into a bucket of HP. Dissolve salt and sugar in warm whey or water, add dough, stir well and pour into a bucket with flour. Turn on the HP for kneading, after 3-4 minutes add soft butter in pieces.
  • I knead the dough on the 2nd program (turn it off right after kneading) or on "dumplings".
  • When the kneading is over, you can put the dough in a bowl, cover with foil and leave for 1.5 hours. Or you can directly in the HP, covering the bucket with a film so that the dough does not wind up.
  • I put the matched dough on the table, dusty with flour. I shape it like a loaf and put it in an L7 baking dish. I cover the form with foil and leave it for proofing for 30-40 minutes.
  • I bake in a bread maker for 50 minutes.

The dish is designed for

Standard loaf weight 627 g

Note

The bread is very tasty, absolutely not crumbled, which I really like. Great for toast and sandwiches.
I bake 2-3 times a week, one of my favorites.
The loaf turns out to be very smooth, beautiful, without cracks and irregularities.

Have you tried oven in the oven? And what is the form for Panasonic?

The form is not for Panasonic, but for the oven. I bought in an online store in Minsk. 🔗but they are in many places.
This form fits well into a Panasonic bread maker. If you have Panasonic, then read Temka https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=173600.0, there are a lot of interesting things
I also baked in the oven at first, but in KhP it was much faster and more convenient (no need to preheat the oven, save energy, no need to monitor baking, etc.).

What a beautiful bread. but will it work on first grade flour? otherwise we have not been buying the highest grade for a long time. I will have to try in the gas
k @ wka
Try it, then tell us. I think it will be good with 1st grade flour and healthier.

Admin, this is a metal mold from Tescoma. It is very convenient for toast bread - you cut, without bothering, according to the "marking" and in the toaster.

k @ wka, I hasten to take this opportunity and thank you again for the recipe! I bake this bread twice a week! Really like. They say: my bread, not my bread ... This one is definitely mine! I tried to put flaxseed in it and was satisfied. And I bought the form in Ozone! Size 30x11x4.5 cm. There they are now!
k @ wka
Thanks for the kind words. I also really like this recipe, and lately I've only been baking this. You said correctly: my bread.
Only now I didn’t think to put it in the dough. I'll take your advice and add flaxseed too.
And I saw a very similar form in one supermarket. We must go there again and buy (for a variety of forms)
