Water 1 liter
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Butter (optional) 50 g

Cooking method

  • 1. We wash the pearl barley well.
  • 2. Add salt and vegetable oil. I still put in a piece of butter.
  • 3. We heat the water to about 80-90 degrees and fill the cereal with it. We mix.
  • 4. We put on the mode of porridge - PRESSURE 3 - 40 minutes. After the end of the program, leave it on heating for 5 minutes. Then we release the pressure (you can wait for the pressure cooker to release the pressure itself).
