Goulash in a multicooker Stadler Form

Ingredients

Cooking method

  • We turn on the multicooker for the "Fry" program, pour vegetable oil into a saucepan. Add the chopped onion. Fry until transparent.
  • Cut the pork or beef into pieces, put it in a multicooker bowl, stir, fry, just to close the pores.
  • Add tomato paste, stir and fry for another 3 - 5 minutes, then add flour, add salt, add spices to taste, pour water and turn on the "Stew" program for 2 hours.
  • After the signal, squeeze the garlic clove into the finished goulash. Stir, keep on heating for another 5-10 minutes and serve with love.

If we are cooking pork or not tough beef, you can stew the goulash not for 2 hours, but for an hour, the meat will be soft, and the broth will be rich
