Ingredients

Beef tails 3 pcs.
Potatoes (medium size) 5-7 pcs.
Champignon 5-7 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Salt pepper taste
Oil drain. approx. 50 g

Cooking method

  • I would like to draw your attention to a wonderful and, what is important, inexpensive meat product - beef tail. Skillfully cooked tails are in no way inferior in taste, and I would even say superior to meat tenderloin. Of course, they are not suitable for frying, but when stewing, the entire gustatory spectrum of this product will be revealed.
  • It is important to cut the tails properly before cooking. It is not difficult to divide the tail into pieces, it consists of links connected by cartilaginous joints. It is important to feel for the cartilaginous joints on the flexible tail, and cut the tail along them with a sharp knife.
  • Fold the pieces of the tail into the bowl of the multicooker, add about 50g of butter and turn on the Pilaf mode.
  • After a few minutes, when the meat is a little fried, add chopped onions and carrots grated on a coarse grater. Stir meat with vegetables from time to time.
  • I lightly fried the mushrooms separately, on the stove and, together with the diced potatoes, put everything in a slow cooker about 25-30 minutes from the start of cooking the meat.
  • Apart from salt and pepper, I did not add anything, but if you wish, you can play with the tastes and add any seasonings suitable for meat and vegetables.
