Ingredients

beet 800 g
walnuts 8 pcs
garlic 4 slices
coriander 2 h l
sugar 2 tbsp
vegetable oil 160 ml
apple cider vinegar or balsamic 3 tbsp
pepper mix taste
salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • A link to the recipe was sent to me by a friend asking if I made such a salad? I never ate raw beets, so I decided to try it.
  • So. We clean and rub the beets on a coarse grater. I have the largest grater in Kenwood that cuts such good pods, they are larger than in regular standard graters.
  • Grind the nuts in a blender. Squeeze the garlic into a container for the marinade, add chopped coriander (you can take ground coriander), and all the other ingredients for the sauce, as well as nuts. Mix thoroughly, pour in the beets and send them to marinate in the refrigerator. I covered the container with a lid and put a mortar on top, as oppression. The longer you marinate, the tastier it will turn out. I stood for almost a day. The taste is very similar to Korean carrots.
