Ingredients

Dough
wheat flour / grade 320 gram
mineral water 400 gram
sugar 200 grams
soda 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp. the spoon
cocoa 70 grams
vegetable oil b / s 6 tbsp. spoons
vanilla taste
salt pinch
Mousse
cherry juice 200 grams
frozen cherries 250 grams
water 50 grams
agar 3 grams
semolina 25 grams
sugar 5 tbsp. spoons
Additionally
dark chocolate without milk 90 grams
cherry for decoration option
lemon balm (mint) for decoration option

Cooking method

  • Dough
  • Sift cocoa into flour.
  • Mix flour, baking soda, vanilla and sugar.
  • Add lemon juice, oil and water.
  • The dough is liquid. Thicker than for pancakes, but less often than for pancakes.
  • Cover the bottom of the form with paper, grease the sides with margarine.
  • Pour out the dough.
  • We bake in the oven at 170-180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  • Allow to cool.

  • Mix mousse with crumb.
  • Add remaining cherries.

  • Decorate with cherries, lemon balm or mint or whatever you like.

The recipe was spied on Olgastih's Cook website. Thank her very much. I changed the proportions in the dough and replaced regular water with mineral water. Instead of water for the mousse, I took cherry juice.
