Cakes "Village butter" (yeast)

Rustic butter cakes (yeast)

Ingredients

flour 700g + 20-50g
sugar 2 - 3 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
dry yeast 1 tsp
soda pinch
margarine 1 pack (250 gr)
sour cream 90 gr.
milk 280 gr.
egg 2 pcs.
vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Mix the dry ingredients of the recipe, do not pour all the flour. Add a little flour to the table and dust (20 gr.)
  • Melt margarine, sour cream, heat milk. Sour cream, preferably sour. Pour into dry mixture and stir. The dough is soft, tender. You can do it without eggs. Eggs are richer. At the end of the batch, add rast. oil. The dough is soft, silky, but not sticky.
  • Cover the dough with a towel and let it sit for 1-1.5 hours.
  • Cut into dough pieces and bake like Chamomile. Allow to come up for 40 minutes.
  • Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, preheat.
  • Remove from oven and brush with water and rest.
  • They look more like buns, but the oven is oval and are called cakes.
