katko, Katya, did you use special gluten-free flakes?
Katko
Wildebeest,: crazy: no, regular oat

Katerina, thank you for meeting the wishes of the forum friends and posting this cool recipe! Backfill question: can you replace the flakes with ready-made oat flour?
Katko
Galina, I am for any Khlebopechkinsky kipish
I tried to
I think that it will be no worse with flour, but rather it will turn out even more tender)
try it, and then be sure to tell us how it happened, huh?

Swept away !!!

katko, Katyusha, ordinary oatmeal contains gluten. But there are special gluten-free oats.
Rye, wheat, oats and barley contain gluten and are strictly forbidden for people on a gluten-free diet.
I guess the recipe should somehow indicate that gluten-free oatmeal is suitable for your recipe.
And the recipe is very interesting. As soon as I buy the gluten-free oatmeal, I will definitely try to bake it, but I will have to exchange the pumpkin for apples. I think it will work out well.
Katko
WildebeestI won't argue about gluten

Ha, now I just noticed - they, it turns out, are savory!
I love this!
Katyun, thank you, we must try to make such things in Kuzka for the sake of interest.

Elena Tim, oh, who came to me: oops: I'm really happy
yes, they are sugar-free, but my pumpkin is so sweet that it turns out sweet
thanks, I thought the edit was not available right away, thanks
Elena Tim
My pumpkin is sweet too, but it's natural sweetness, so I love that.

It is available for three days, then - to the Chief, for corrections, if necessary.

natural sweetness
and for me this is the most beloved ...
I haven't put sugar anywhere for a long time, in recipes if, then always less ... and I choose those where its minimum ... sometimes I replace it with honey, I know that when heated, usefulness is destroyed, but still ...
now it's already a month without honey, all the sweetness is only from fruits, berries and pumpkin ... the feeling of natural sweetness has intensified even more, it seems to me

katko, yes, Katyusha. As soon as you stop eating sugar or cut back on the amount consumed, you feel it everywhere. As you rightly said, the feeling of natural sweetness has become even more acute. And it doesn't seem to you, the way it is.
