Delicate lazy omelet

Ingredients

egg 1 pc (75 gr)
milk 100-110 ml.
salt taste
butter 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • An omelet, which is not only easy and quick to prepare, but also swallowed at once - you don't even need to chew, because there are no fried crusts and the omelet is not dense at all.
  • Put a greased frying pan on high heat. While it is heating, we crack the egg with a fork - without whipping, add salt and milk and once again just stir it until it bubbles.
  • Reduce the fire under the pan to a minimum, pour in the omelet mixture and cover with a lid on top, as soon as a couple of bubbles appear, remove the lid, pick the bubbles so that the remaining liquid glass under them, then disturb the omelet a couple of times, tucking it a little by folding it and turning off the pan, keep under the lid for a couple of minutes and you can serve.
