Pork tender

Ingredients

pork 400 g
bulb onions 70-100 gr.
garlic 1 clove
sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
tomato sauce (ketchup) 1-2 tbsp. l.
salt, ground pepper taste
vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
water (boiling water) 250 ml.
carrot optional

Cooking method

  • Cut the pork into pieces of 40-50 grams, beat off.
  • Grind the garlic, rub the pork pieces with salt, pepper and garlic, fry in boiling vegetable oil for 30 seconds on each side (just to seal the pores). Mix sour cream with tomato sauce, cut the onion into half rings.
  • Put onion, meat in a saucepan, pour sauce and boiling water, simmer for 40-60 minutes under a lid over low heat.
  • Bon Appetit!

Thanks for the quick meat recipe! Today I cooked it, it turned out juicy and tasty pork. I just did it without garlic, and added 1 hour to the sauce. l. mustard and a drop of currant vinegar. It took 1.5 hours for our taste.
