Easter cookies

Ingredients

butter 100 g
flour 250 g
milk 1 tbsp. l
sugar 6 tbsp. l
eggs 1 PC
canned apricots by the number of cookies
glaze
lemon juice 3 tbsp. l
powdered sugar 180 g

Cooking method

  • Beat the softened butter with sugar.
  • While whisking, add the egg and milk.
  • Add sifted flour.
  • Knead a soft dough.
  • Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick, and cut out circles about 6 cm in diameter.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 grams for 10-13 minutes.
  • Cool the cookies completely.
  • Put the halves of the apricots on paper napkins and dry.
  • For the glaze, mix the icing sugar with lemon juice. You can take any available glaze.
  • Grease the cookies with icing, place the apricot halves in the center of the cookies.
  • Allow the glaze to set and serve.
