Mini Pies with Liver, Rice and Vegetables (in Tristar Pie Maker)

Ingredients

Dough
Sour cream 250 g
Margarine (melt), (or ghee 60 g) 100 g
Yolk 1 PC.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp.
Baking powder (or dry yeast 0.5 tsp) 5 g
Filling
Beef liver, chicken (boil) 350 BC
carrot 1 large
bulbs 1 large
Rice 0.5 mst.
Butter 30 gr.
Cream 10% 100 ml
Salt option
Sugar option
Pepper mix option
Greens option

Cooking method

  • For the dough, mix all the ingredients, knead the dough well, it will stick a little to your hands, do not add flour so as not to clog the dough. I beat back by throwing with sharp movements from hand to hand. It turned out a wonderful dough! Place in a bag and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • In the meantime, let's get down to stuffing. Cut the boiled liver into small pieces. Spread the carrots and onions in a frying pan. Boil rice. Grind the liver and vegetables finely in a blender. Put in a bowl, add boiled rice. Add spices, butter, cream, mix well and heat a little in a saucepan (I did it in the microwave 2 times for 3 minutes, I have a power of 850). The filling is ready. It turned out VERY juicy. not dry at all).
  • A lot of filling goes into these pies, since the form is deep enough. But yummyoooo))) I rolled out the dough thin enough, mm by 3, probably. It turned out exactly 6 pies, i.e. 3 bookmarks.
