Cooking method

  • Boil the head of cabbage in salted water until the knife enters the stump. It's 15-20 minutes. The main thing is not to digest, otherwise the head of cabbage will fall apart.
  • Then, dry it a little and grease it with mayonnaise. I greased with a mixture of sour cream, harissa (pepper paste), garlic and salt. It's just that our mayonnaise is not tasty.
  • After that, sprinkle everything with cheese and bread crumbs. I had rusks from black bread, so the cabbage turned out so dark)
  • We bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. I did it without grilling for 30-40 minutes.
  • Serve with a sour cream and garlic mixture!
