Easter cottage cheese with condensed milk (no eggs)

Ingredients

Fat cottage cheese 1 kg.
Butter 200 gr.
Condensed milk 1 can
Vanillin taste
Raisins, nuts, candied fruits taste

Cooking method

  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Stir in soft butter. Add vanillin and condensed milk, mix well. Add raisins, nuts or candied fruits. (Didn't add). I just whipped everything in a blender with knives. Cover the paste box with gauze, tamp the curd mass, wrap the ends of the gauze up. Put it in some container so that the whey can drain, put the load on top, put it in the refrigerator for a day. After a day, remove the load, carefully remove the Easter on a plate. And you can eat

Note

Everything is outrageously simple. But Easter is delicious! The consistency is delicate, the taste is creamy. Condensed milk can be adjusted to taste, tasting the mass along the way. This recipe is great for people with egg allergies.

fresh cottage cheese 18%, tested - 500 g, so everything else - half a portion, condensed milk "Rogachev", butter "Amka" (72%), whip ... taste ... slightly sweet cottage cheese, add another quarter can, whisk, sweeter. in the end, I had to add the whole can of condensed milk and the whole pack of butter (185 g) for half a portion of cottage cheese. otherwise - just cottage cheese. less, and then more sweet and crusty. here we are such perverts, either a stereotype that has developed over the years works, and I want to add something to the taste without eggs, or I just need to let it cool ... I'm trying to pick up additives to taste, there was hope for chocolate ... not that, candied orange fruits - more or less, I didn't want raisins. I added candied fruit, put it in a pasochny, put it in the refrigerator with the hope that cooling and weighing is just what was missing.
I will certainly report the results.
