Ingredients

Water 100 ml.
Milk 100 ml.
Sugar 3.5 gr.
Yeast (SAF-Levure) 3 gr.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC.
Salt 3 gr.
Dried garlic (granules) 2 gr.
Wheat flour (high quality) 320 g

Cooking method

  • Dissolve sugar in warm water. Pour the yeast there (do not mix the yeast in water!) And put it in a warm place for 0.5-1 hour (it is possible for 1.5-2 hours). Weigh the flour, pour the salt into it (the salt should be the finest to sift through a strainer) and sift it into another cup. After the "approach" of the yeast, we pour it into the bowl of the bread machine, pour it there, milk, vegetable oil, a broken egg (milk and egg must be prepared in advance so that they are warm). Sift the flour + salt mixture through the mug directly into the bowl of the bread machine. Add garlic (optional) on top of the flour. We choose the program - "№1 - Classic bread", weight - "750 grams", crust - "dark". Press - "START". According to my subjective feelings, baking with SAF-Levyur yeast is better than with SAF-Moment yeast. After the end of the baking program, let the bread stand in the bread maker for 0.5-1 hours. The finished product yield (approximately) - 520 gr. ... Such a small portion of bread in order to enjoy it more often!

No, they won’t stop - CHECKED ON YOURSELF! The longer they stand (within reason), the higher the "cap" of the yeast, and the bread - "nostril" !!!

The bread is delicious, I get high in LG, I also add dry Provencal herbs. I lose a little more flour, I look at the kolobok. Thanks for the recipe, baked 3 times and always great bread.
