Quail with baked sage

Quail with baked sage

Ingredients

Quail 10 pieces
Sage
Tomatoes
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Onion

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the sage and grind with salt, garlic and vegetable oil.
  • Sprinkle the carcasses with vinegar and rub with the prepared marinade.
  • We put in a mold, scalded onions and tomato slices on top.
  • The oven is preheated to 180 degrees. 20 minutes under foil, 10 minutes without foil until crusty. Do not overdry !!
  • Both hot and cold are tasty. If you accidentally leave a couple of birds uneaten, you can separate the meat from the seeds and put it on top of any fresh salad, adding the orange peeled from the film.

You're mine, you're mine, quail!

I love sage in meat dishes! But the quails would not have guessed! Zhannochka, thank you for the interesting option, I will definitely prepare how I get hold of beautiful plump carcasses.

Rada-dms, so where have you been .., eh, handed out 60 pieces last week as unnecessary) and a basket of eggs
Rada-dms
Zhannptica, Zhannochka! Next time you send them straight to me, let them fly!

And now you and I have not become neighbors ?! That would be great!
