Strawberry sorbet on agar-agar (Brand 3812 ice cream maker)

Ingredients

Strawberry 600 g
water 200 g
sugar 150 g
agar-agar 2 g
vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • Combine sugar, vanilla and water in a saucepan. Warm up to completely dissolve the sugar.
  • Add agar agar. While stirring, bring the syrup to a boil and simmer for about a minute. Condemn.
  • Grind the strawberries with a blender, add the cooled syrup, mix.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze.
