Ingredients

Green lentils 100 g
Chicken breast 1 PC
Onion 1 PC
Egg 2 pcs
Salt, herbs, spices taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Rinse lentils, soak overnight.
  • 2. In a chopper, beat the onion and eggs until fluffy white.
  • 3. Add lentils (raw! Do not boil, this is important). Grind until the grains are crushed.
  • 4. Rinse the chicken breast, remove the skin and bones. Add to lentils, chop again.
  • 5. Salt and season. I like to add half a bunch of fresh parsley.
  • 6. Lubricate the Teflon bowl, spread the mixture, level. Bake on porridge 0.3 1 hour 10 minutes. After 50 minutes, start looking in, if there is little juice on the casserole and it is transparent, then it's ready. Focus on the softness of the lentils, it shouldn't be felt at all. Leave to rest with the lid closed until the juice is absorbed back (it can be heated).

This is a dietary recipe with a very non-dietary flavor. If you don't know that there are lentils, you might think that this is a huge pie made of pure meat, it does not even smell like lentils. In terms of nutritional value, this is just a gift, a real protein explosion. Ideal for people who are losing weight or exercising. Well, another bonus is very satisfying. I cooked in an ordinary slow cooker, in Shteba - juicy, tasty! In AF, it still turns out drier, if you cook there, then the form must be covered with foil.

Mushrooms will probably need to be fried. But to understand, cook the usual one first, it is very fast and not expensive. And already there the additives themselves will come to taste. But I directly recommend putting greens in minced meat and seasoning for chicken.Sveta, I just always take the green one, on the other hand I have not tried it. AF is a Phillips air fryer.

We liked it - the taste of dietary minced meat, no one guessed lentils there. The casserole is not dry, it keeps its shape well (I observed all the proportions, but in the absence of a chopper I passed everything through a meat grinder). There was practically no juice initially, I don't know how to explain this, everything was the consistency of minced meat. I cooked in a convection oven.
Fast, easy. It goes well with sour cream, yogurt, other sauces, if you don't diet.
Made in the form of a brick. After cooling down, it is quite possible for a sandwich.

Made a double portion. The cooking time did not increase. The casserole was baked without problems. There was no excess juice, despite the fact that I passed the breast through a meat grinder and onion through a blender. Very juicy with heat, with heat. I do not agree that lentils are not felt. She, of course, has a more delicate taste than peas, but quite tangible. We have a positive attitude towards lentils, so we were not upset :-) On the second day after the refrigerator, the casserole became drier or something ... I made a sauce of fried champignons and cream ... She left with a bang! It is cut really well, it is easy to cook. I will repeat. Only next time I will try not chicken breast, but boneless chicken thigh or turkey.
