Meatballs with BBQ sauce (Multicuisine DeLonghi)

Ingredients

minced meat 1 kg
instant oatmeal 100 g
milk 240 ml
bulb onions 1 PC
salt 1.5 h l
ground pepper taste
barbecue sauce
ketchup (I have Hines) 140 g
sugar 2 tbsp
vinegar 9% 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Tabasco a few drops

Cooking method

  • Add flakes, milk, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat, and knead well.

  • Roll the meatballs and place them on a baking sheet or board and refrigerate or freeze, if space permits, for 7-10 minutes while you prepare the sauce.

  • Next, roll them in flour, shaking off the excess. Then you need to fry them in a pan from all sides. My psyche could not stand this process, because after that it was required to wash the stove, wall and FSE, which is nearby. I skipped this item and put the meatballs in a heat-resistant form, immediately poured the sauce and sent it to the oven for about 1 hour. Now, when I have Kuzya, this process has become easier. So, I put meatballs in Kuzya, turned on the multicooker mode 3 level for 20 minutes.
  • Meatballs with BBQ sauce (Multicuisine DeLonghi)
  • After 7 minutes I turned them over (next time I will do it in 5 minutes),
  • Meatballs with BBQ sauce (Multicuisine DeLonghi)
  • and after another 2 minutes I put a stirrer and they were perfectly fried from all sides without falling apart.
  • Then she removed the stirrer, moved them thicker and poured over the sauce.
  • Meatballs with BBQ sauce (Multicuisine DeLonghi)
  • Oven mode 2 level 20 minutes.
  • This time the sauce turned out to be somewhat thick, next time I will make it a little thinner.
  • Without roasting, they turn out to be more tender, or something, now they come out with an appetizing crust.
  • Meatballs with BBQ sauce (Multicuisine DeLonghi)
  • The first time, all the meatballs did not fit and froze the rest. Yesterday I found a container of frozen Texas sauce in the freezer and cooked meatballs with it. Fried them in a slow cooker for 40 minutes, turning them periodically, and then added the frozen sauce and turned on the stewing for 1 hour.
  • And this is already a variant of meatballs in Texas-style sauce. They turned out to be softer, without a crust.

Puree taka magic I get only with the Ikeev press. No other pribluda can cope with potatoes so well.

A stunning picture, and begs in your mouth!
It turns out that I wasted I laid out the ikeevsky press from the basket? .... I thought for a long time and decided that I did not need
kseniya D
Elena, I really can't get mashed potatoes either with a Kenwood potato grinder or a Kenwood kitchen machine, as it does with an IKEA press. I love him with my heart
Rituslya
Xun, the cutlets are just magical! No, not magical, but fabulous!
Ksyun, did you stir in the Oven afterwards? Just flooded it and that's it?
Well ... and also, where are Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sold?
If you have to do it yourself, then I definitely will not overcome.
kseniya D

Where is Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sold?
I have seen taste from local shops only in the ABC. Girls in the subject with pork in Texas wrote that there is still a platypus in the Platypus. And you can't cook it yourself. There are more than 20 components, some of which have unknown names.

There are Tabasco in Ashany too. Maaaa small bottles. They usually stand somewhere next to soy sauces.

and oil, not pour into the Kuzya? to fry!

Kseniawhat wonderful meatballs! I also often make meatballs in Kuzechka. I like those that are fast. Sometimes I do the oven for 25 minutes on the program, immediately pour the sauce. It seems to me that it is more dietary. I wanted to ask, why do you need to put meatballs in the freezer or refrigerator before sprinkling with flour? The sauce is delicious, probably, it has such an attractive look, and you just want to treat yourself to it!

Alla, I agree, I just decided to do it clearly according to the recipe

why put meatballs in the freezer or refrigerator
The minced meat turns out to be quite soft and if you do not freeze it, then it will stick to your hands and a gruel will form in your hands along with the flour. And after the cold, firstly, the excess flour does not stick to them and the hands, which are practically clean, do not deform.

I just have a special tray in the freezer. It is convenient to do this on it. I would still recommend not to skip this item.

The sauce can be bought in both the platypus.
Look for Worcestershire Sauce like Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce, but Tabasco is Tabasco
kseniya D
They are different. The main thing is that the magic word worcestershire is present.

kseniya D, Ksenia, gorgeous meatballs! I just took it out of the oven. I didn’t make such a sauce, it’s still prohibitive for me, there are no such ingredients, but still ahead of the Sauce I made simple mayonnaise + tomato paste + garlic. Yummy!
kseniya D
Alla, I'm glad you liked the meatballs. And you can experiment with sauces and there will always be different tastes.
