The water is cold 50 ml
Sugar 100 g
Strawberry jelly ready-made dry 45 g
Boiling water 150 ml

Cooking method

  • Pour gelatin with water, heat-melt after 10 minutes, but do not boil. Pour boiling water over sugar and ready-made strawberry (or any other? ..) jelly, stir until dissolved. Add melted gelatin, cool to room temperature. Beat for 15-20 minutes with a mixer. Cover the 20x20 form with baking paper slightly oiled (if the paper asks for it), pour out the whipped mass, smooth, do not cover, refrigerate for at least a day. Put on a board sprinkled with powdered sugar, remove the paper, cut into cubes using a knife, which should be cleaned and oiled before each "cut".

Note

Read the recipe on say7 forums, thanks Irulke from Ukraine.

The recipe struck me as unusual.
Unusual and the dessert turned out: something slightly trembling, instantly melting in the mouth and swallowed with a slight surprise ... Nubes is in Spanish "a clouda".

I took 15 g of gelatin - because of the initial distrust of this recipe in general. She poured jelly and sugar in a large jug, in which she beat everything together afterwards, since the mass increases well in volume. It was whipped pretty well, my mixer did not even take 20 minutes, but 12. Powdered sugar for "getting" daboutma was not there, otherwise the "clouds" would have been more beautiful and smoother, or something. The picture is bad, but it gives a general idea. The calorie content was about 200.

Tatyana! And what is the consistency of the finished product? Like regular jelly or denser? Or even softer, softer than regular jelly?
TATbRHA
Regular jelly is much, much denser. And this

How delicious it looks. Can you use agag instead of gelatin? I would very much like to make these wonderful clouds, but not all of those invited will eat with gelatin.

Marina, is there any ready-made jelly with agar on sale? It's all with gelatin. Only if you make jelly yourself on agar.

Nothing I can advise !! Except for one thing: do not tell the guests about the composition ...

But this is in no way possible. This is a question of faith, not a quirk. I respect this.

the recipe is original, thanks, you have to try it, but in fact the technology is like sambuca, it can be prepared with any fruit puree, just slightly increase the amount of gelatin if you want to cut it into cubes ..)) sambuc can be prepared without gelatin - based on semolina ...
TATbRHA
Marina, I'm at a loss: what does faith have to do with it? Not to tell - I was joking awkwardly, I would also tell the composition myself ... But I don't associate faith with food, well, nothing. However, it is not a place for me to debate about faith, forgive me.
