sugar 75 gram
butter (I have a spread) 75 gram
yolks 4 pieces
wheat flour / grade 375 gram
salt 1/2 tsp
pressed yeast 30 grams
vanilla taste
raisins 25 grams
candied fruit 25 grams
bitter almonds (I don't know which one) 3 pieces
Syrup
sugar 100g
water 300 grams
lemon juice 1 tbsp. the spoon
cognac (optional) 1 tbsp. the spoon
Glaze

Cooking method

  • Dough
  • Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar.
  • Baba Lvovsky (option number 2) Leave it on for 15-20 minutes to start bubbling.
  • Melt the butter and cool to room temperature.
  • Rub the almonds on a fine grater. (It is quite possible not to put it. There is no smell and taste, maybe the wrong almond.)
  • Yolks and other foods should be at room temperature.

  • Load everything into a bucket except candied fruits, raisins, almonds and butter.
  • Once the flour is all mixed with the liquid, gradually add the oil. If necessary, stop HP and help mix it in at the first stage.
  • Add raisins, candied fruits and almonds at the beeper signal. If you knead in another way, then 5 minutes before the end of the batch.
  • Baba Lvovsky (option number 2) The dough is firm but pliable. Form a ball out of it and put it in a warm place until it doubles. It took me 40 minutes.

  • Knead the dough, divide into equal parts with a scale, roll up and put in the handicaps, greased with margarine. Forms must be 1/3 full.

  • Pour sugar with water and juice.
  • Boil, stir and cool.
  • You can add cognac or any flavoring.
  • Assembly

  • I then took the remaining syrup into a syringe and stuffed it with syrup from all sides.
  • Cover with glaze on top.
  • I just added lemon juice to the icing sugar and stirred it.

We have a very large discrepancy in fluid. I got just a weightless cake. Sugar is not enough for me, although everyone at home said it was okay. Next time I will add 20 grams. In some sources this woman is called Lviv Easter.
I baked half the norm. For this amount, according to the recipe, 50 grams of yeast is used. This is a lot. I put 30, but it is quite possible to reduce another gram by 5-10. Delicious. I recommend both!
