Walnut baskets

Ingredients

wheat flour / grade 200 grams
butter (I have a spread) 100g
sugar 50 grams
walnuts (any) ground 50 grams
boiled yolk 1 piece
salt pinch
lemon juice 1 tbsp. the spoon
water 2-3 st. spoons
vanilla (optional) taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the butter into pieces (the butter is cold).
  • Sift flour and chop with butter. I did it with a combine.
  • Rub the yolk through a sieve and mix with sugar and salt.
  • Add the yolk-sugar mixture, nuts, vanilla and lemon juice to the butter-flour mixture.
  • Add one spoonful of water. Make sure that there is not much water.
  • Walnut baskets This is what the dough looks like in the food processor.
  • Put the dough on the table and quickly assemble into a ball.

  • Wrap the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour (I had it overnight).
  • Get it out, roll it out not very thinly through the paper and fill the forms. Lubricate the forms.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 210 degrees.
  • Take out, cool slightly, release from forms.
