Thanks for the recipe. I never baked, I really want to try. There were several questions
How long does it take to get up?
Can the dough be kneaded in HP?
Can I add sugar to make it lighter?
And another stupid question: what do you usually eat them with?
Rina
I began to bake such pancakes in the form of thick waffles in an electric waffle iron. They turn out very well, practically without oil. If desired, mixed a couple of tablespoons of butter into the dough.

I took sugar according to the specified recipe (by the way, it is close to GOST), and more, so that the dough was sweet. It was always tasty and slightly "rubbery", which is especially pleasant in yeast pancakes.

Little baby, very beautiful pancakes turned out.
Here I will buy sour cream and do it.

I also want to add (on a note):
in order for the dough to lag behind the spoon better, then it must first be dipped in cold water.

Maybe someone will come in handy.
Little baby, don't you look at the PM? I wrote you a letter back on November 9th.

Can the dough be kneaded in HP?
I usually knead the dough in HP, but you need to take into account the following points:
1. Do not pour all the liquid at once (leave about 200-250 ml). With the entire volume of liquid, the dough will not mix well, lumps will hold for a long time. Only when a sufficiently smooth dough is kneaded, slowly add the remaining liquid (so as not to splatter).
2. The dough in the bucket should be watched very carefully. At a penalty of Panasonic, once the dough ran away, I had to urgently clean the inside of the stove.

Thank you very much for your advice! I just made a mistake according to claim 1, then kneaded the lumps for a long time, now I will know!
Well, no one said about the ascent time, well, at least approximately?
I do half of it, I think he won't run away, but still ...
DELICIOUS!!! Pancakes never worked. And here!!! hmmm just a fairy tale! The husband said: “Yes ... these are pancakes! Can you help me bake for work ?! I want it myself. " And this is the highest praise.

I had the dough on the battery (warm) for 25-30 minutes.

But it seemed to me that the dough is still a little thick. The dough was prepared not in a bread maker, but by hand.

DELICIOUS! Thanks for the recipe !!!

How long does it take to get up?
1. About 1 hour.

Quote: Miracle777

Can the dough be kneaded in HP?
2. Almost any dough for yeast pancakes / fritters can be kneaded in HP (by the way, I often do this).

Quote: Miracle777

Can I add sugar to make it lighter?
3. Of course you can. Alternatively, you can add sugar not to the dough, but sprinkle the prepared pancakes with powdered sugar or sugar, pour over with honey / condensed milk, jam, syrup, etc.

Quote: Miracle777

And another stupid question: what do you usually eat them with?
4. The above-mentioned sweet additives, sour cream (and indeed any sour milk), salted fish, caviar (by the way, squash and eggplant also go very well with these pancakes). In general, almost everything suits them, since the pancakes are neutral in taste.

Little baby, Thanks for the detailed answer!!! I already cooked it yesterday and we tried this yummy with sour cream and strawberry jam! Well ooooooooo delicious !!!!

Little baby, thanks for reminding the pancake recipe.
It turns out that I used to bake them according to this recipe. True, I still have it written in the dough to add 1 tbsp. ld. oils.

Krosh, thanks for the recipe. I did half the portion. The result is very airy and soft. My husband, who does not like yeast pancakes because of their rubberiness, screwed all (!) Pancakes for breakfast. It's good that I had time to taste them before serving. Accept "gratitude"

klila, in these pancakes there is such a property, when they stand in the refrigerator, hardening (well, a word). But when you reheat in MV, then again, like from a frying pan.

And I bake yeast pancakes, in my opinion they are called "tuposki" - these are Russian pancakes.
I take 0.5 liters of milk, heat it up with a hail. up to 35 (lukewarm), I put about 20 grams of frozen yeast there (you can also use dry yeast) and salt it.
The yeast should dissolve in milk.
Then I add flour and stir. You need so much flour so that the dough is like thick sour cream.
You can stir everything with a mixer (dough beaters).
Place dough to rise.
When the dough rises as much as possible you can start baking pancakes in oil in a pan. The dough should not ferment... Pancakes are always fluffy.
And nothing should be put into the dough, no sugar or eggs.
Milk, yeast, salt and flour. All. The taste is wonderful.

Thanks for the recipe, unfortunately, there is no photo - I didn't have time ... dare!
I got a bit of a deviation in the recipe - when I added eggs and so on, it seemed that the dough was thick, and in the heat of the moment I splashed another 100 ml of milk. The result turned out to be interesting - I got an exceptionally "snotty" dough, which, when baked in portions the size of a tablespoon, gave such holes !!! This made me think the next time when baking pancakes, use this recipe to get super lace pancakes, only you will need to add another 100-130 grams of milk. And the pancakes came out lush and tasty, thanks)))

Ines I am very glad that you liked the pancakes !!! Eat to your health !!! And thank you very much for your feedback !!!

That's right, the dough for these pancakes should be just thick.

Thanks for the great recipe! For the first time I cooked pancakes with yeast. It turned out right away. Although I somewhat deviated from the main recipe: I kneaded in a bread maker and mechanically did everything as usual (I poured all the liquid, then the loose, and on top of the yeast, completely all at once), I forgot to make the dough, there was 460 ml of water (I have such a measured for the bread machine glass, 230 ml each), added about 3 tbsp. l. 15% sour cream, as well as about 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil (what would you fry without it in a Teflon skillet).
During the kneading of the dough, I went to re-read the recipe and it turned out that it was necessary to make the dough and put all the liquid too.
But nothing is mixed. I poured the dough into another container (it is more convenient to take with a spoon and I needed a bread maker for bread). The dough turned out like not the thickest sour cream.
I waited for the dough to rise 2 times and fry it.
The pancakes are delicious.
I eat with sour cream and wait for my husband!

While kneading the dough, I went to re-read the recipe and it turned out that it was necessary to make a dough and all the liquid was also not worth putting.
Just according to the recipe, the liquid goes into the dough all and at once !!!

one question arose: can milk be replaced with kefir? So I don't want to run to the store for milk, but there is only kefir in the refrigerator. right now, I would already knead the dough)

one question arose: can milk be replaced with kefir?
glutton Yulenka, yes, easily, I bake these pancakes on any sour milk (kefir, fermented baked milk, sour cream, pasty curd, yogurt), though I dilute it with water ...

P.S. Oh, you are from Voronezh ... I love this city ... my parents are from the Voronezh region ...

Girls, why do they "fall" from me when you remove them from the pan?
Arka
How do you bake?
I usually bake on one side to the maximum, the dough on top is no longer raw, as it were, but grabbed, and only after that I turn it over to the other side. With this method, they are not deflated. If the baking temperature is still too high, a deflation effect can occur.
pavekk
I will try your way.
