Note

Maxwell 3752. Moody Oat Bread
A recipe from the book of Anna Kitaeva * Me and my bread maker * with my changes, counting and photos.
The book says this about him: * The loaf is low, the roof is without a dome, often in bumps and holes. Oat bread is one of the most capricious, but at the same time, one of the most delicious. Bread goes well with milk and cottage cheese *
I liked him too, and I liked that in this bread maker he is not so capricious.
Although the roof is bumpy, that's for sure

What an interesting bread. But I wonder if it is possible to add oatmeal instead of grinding the flakes into the powder?
brendabaker
You can, it's just that I have adapted to grind oatmeal instead of flour. And instead of bran, you can add flaxseed

Wildebeest
brendabaker, the bread, though capricious, and the roof is bumpy, but still a success.
