Pizza a la Margarita on potato dough

Ingredients

Butter 75 g
Onion (finely chopped) 1 PC.
Wheat flour 150 g
Boiled potatoes (mashed in mashed potatoes) 125 g
Filling:
Tomato (large) 1 PC.
Hard cheese 100g.

Cooking method

  • 1. Melt 25 g of butter and fry the onion until golden brown. Cool slightly.
  • 2. Cut the remaining butter into cubes and grind with flour.
  • Add mashed potatoes and onions from the pan along with the resulting juice. Season with salt, pepper and knead a soft dough. Form it into a round cake with a diameter of about 23 cm, put on a baking sheet or in a lightly greased form
  • and raise the edges in the form of bumpers. Place the filling in this bowl.
  • 4. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes, until the dough turns golden brown.

Note

Cut the tomato into thin plates, lay it over the entire plane of the workpiece. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
