Ingredients

Salmon milk 0.5KG
Egg 1 PC
Fresh dill 1-2 twigs
Salt pepper taste
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Wheat flour 1-2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Defrost milk, rinse under running water. Throw in a colander. Next, place in a chopper bowl (or pass through a meat grinder). Add all other ingredients and beat until smooth. Next - fry like ordinary pancakes.
