Potato custard fritters (Aladki bulbyanyya custard)

Ingredients

potatoes 600 g
milk 1 tbsp.
wheat flour 3-4 tbsp. l.
egg 1 PC.
soda 1/4 tsp
salt taste
vegetable oil about 200 gr.

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes, grate and squeeze well. Pour in hot milk - stir vigorously (brew potato). Add flour, egg, salt, soda, mix well. Spoon the small pancakes into a hot skillet with butter and fry on both sides.
  • Serve hot, with sour cream or drizzled with melted butter.
  • Bon Appetit!
