Pork in a potato coat

Ingredients

pork (for chops) 350 gr.
potatoes 300 gr.
chicken egg 1 PC.
wheat flour 2-3 st. l.
mayonnaise (sour cream) 2 tbsp. l.
bulb onions 50 gr.
garlic 2 tooth.
greens (onion, dill, parsley) taste
salt taste
cream of any fat content for pouring 100 ml.

Cooking method

  • We cut the meat into chops and beat them off, adding a little salt (I already had three chopped and pickled pieces of pork)
  • Let's prepare a "fur coat": grate raw potatoes on a coarse grater, finely chop onions, herbs, add grated garlic, mix everything, salt, pepper, add an egg and mayonnaise, flour. We knead everything well.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread the potato mass with a spoon in the form of a thin tortilla the size of our pieces of meat, put the meat on top and cover it again with a layer of potato mass. Fry, gently turning, until golden brown.
  • We put the chops in a greased form, pour cream and send them to the oven preheated to 220-230C for 7-10 minutes.
  • Serve with fresh vegetables.
  • Pork in a potato coat
  • Bon Appetit!

Ir, this would be more correct, as if we ate for the night but tastefully
Galina, when I cook all the time, even at the moment of frying I start to pinch off the pieces, and when it is languishing in the cream, I just jump next to it from impatience
Albina, thanks try to cook - it will not disappoint

V-tina, TinaWhen I was little, I came to my grandmother for the summer in a village with a mysterious name for me Turets-Boyars (near Minsk) and she prepared me an unusually tasty and unusual dish for me ... I don't know what it is called to look in network - can you tell me? These were zrazy from grated potatoes with meat inside and they were poured with fried cracklings, and for me, a child, sour cream. Jesus, it was soooo delicious !!
I am sorry for asking a question in this thread, very much !!
But I really want to cook ..
Maybe this recipe is in the book you wrote about ... I just don't know what to look for, because I don't know the name.

this is what I call the round earth. I was born in the town of Molodechno, a 15-minute drive from the village of Turets-Boyary. My friends live there and I have been there often. At one time she worked there at a local meat processing plant.
SISTERAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !!!!

Tina, Irina, Tumanchik, girls, dear, thanks for the answer, but these were not pancakes. I suspect that it was not a Belarusian, but a Polish dish .. Eh .. They were as oval as cutlets, but not fried. And due to the remoteness of the years and the fact that I was a child, I did not remember how they prepared ..
Thank you family
Tinochka, your meat is scheduled for lunch today!

I suspect that these are zeppelins with meat, the roots of the dish are Lithuanian, but very common in Belarus, we also call zeppelins and dumplings, and

yeah, it seems that here languishing in cream turned out to be an unusual moment for me - some kind of tenderness appears in the usual, seemingly - dranika try it - you will like it

Teen, I'll tell you honestly. Hand on heart and I swear on anything. When I add a new recipe to my archives, I give each recipe a rating on a five-point scale (so that you can orient yourself later, there are a lot of recipes and everything so curious, you can't remember everything). So I gave this pork 5+.
The meat in a fur coat turned out to be the most delicate, melting straight. And the "fur coat" is good. With the simplest cabbage salad (cabbage, dill, mayonnaise) "with a bang" flew away. And without the men "Lapti" turned out to be large. So one such "bast shoe" replaced the first, second and dessert for me. Next time I will cut large schnitzels in half - and turn it over when frying, and I will not crawl out from the table belly up
Since the pig had a thin layer of fat, I brazenly replaced the sour cream with baked milk. To reduce cholesterol less. Nevertheless, it turned out superbly.
Thank you for your culinary talent!
