mirtatvik
Handsomely! And this looks like asparagus beans)))
ang-kay
Tatyana, Thank you. It tastes like me.
mirtatvik
I've never tried it, you need to do it)))
Zamorochka
I took it to the bookmarks, just yesterday I bought such arrows from my granny))) Girls, can you freeze them? I love them very much, in the season with potatoes, just a dumb thing, and then there's also a kind of cooking!
ang-kay
Galina, the girls are freezing. pickle.
Zamorochka
Angela, thank you, the girls have already answered me, I will freeze it))) so that I can cook delicious food in winter)))
Iris
Zamorochka, you can freeze in pieces, then fry .. or you can skip it through a meat grinder or break it with a blender, add olive oil or butter and freeze it in ice cube trays! then in potatoes or meat or where else to add in winter .. It will be very tasty
Zhannptica
The only thing I do with them is in a meat grinder and mix with salt, and in cans, and in the refrigerator. And then, even in soup, even in cutlets, even with mayonnaise for bread or salad)))
I will definitely try to cook it this way. It remains for the shooter to wait ...
Iris
Zhannptica, they do not need to be mixed with salt .. I somehow kept twisted arrows for several months just in a clean jar, in the refrigerator

Try it, Jeanne. And maybe I will do as you do. Only if there is enough for everything. There are many plans.

You really need to get some arrows somewhere and grind them in a blender with olive oil
I avoided wild garlic, I was even afraid of it, but I don't like salty - but I made pasta in the freezer, and it turned out to be so yummy - super!

Angela, THANK YOU! I'll go around the market
ang-kay
Tanyush, come. I haven't collected much yet
Admin
Angela THANKS for the invitation, but it’s closer to my grandmothers in the market. First, I’ll talk to them.
I've made an order for rhubarb, I'll see what happens
ang-kay
And I planted rhubarb this year. Has risen and is growing. Next year, if everything is stratified, it will be its own. I really want to try what it is.
Zhannptica
Angela, and for me rhubarb is an unprecedented beast, although everyone grows like a weed and many are surprised that I'm not in the subject)) they treated me to jelly, it was very tasty, although it was mixed with strawberries there, but they say that the pies are good with it) ) girlfriend promised to dig it in the fall))

Iris, so mixed they are salted, such as cucumbers and the taste is completely different, seasoned. Nooooo, I'm in favor of getting in the way
ang-kay
Delicious rhubarb jam is said. Well, maybe it will.

So I mean the arrows, already scrolled through the meat grinder .. like pasta .. just, then added to the meat and sauces, without bothering with the amount of salt
and salt-pickle, then cut into pieces of 2-3 centimeters ...

Angela, thanks a lot for the recipe! I used to stew garlic arrows, marinate them with apple cider vinegar in the winter. Now I cut off the arrows and prepared according to your advice. My whole family liked it very much, and a personal thank you from your husband.
Now I think: you can probably close them like this in the winter, with tomato paste? The tomato will be like a preservative. In general, I want to try. Didn't you close them?
ang-kay
Marina, for health and a separate husband for health. I am very glad that I liked the result.Marina, never closed it for the winter. I think you can. Just a little vinegar?
Marika33
Thank you! Yes, Angela, only apple. It will not be superfluous. I'll try, there is a lot of garlic, there are more arrows.
ang-kay
There will be experience. Share.

1. Made as in the recipe, class !!!
2. I fried eggplant and red pepper in large pieces and boiled to this tomato base, super class !!!
3. I closed the jars with layers of eggplant, arrows, red pepper according to the recipe "eggplant in oil marinade." Very beautiful tricolor jars turned out.
4. According to the same recipe - fried zucchini, arrows, tomato with rings.
Thanks for the science !!!!
I can only take pictures of cans, everything else was eaten at the speed of light))))
ang-kay
Jeanne, I understand that you made a base, and then experimented with experiments? Inject! Did you do it all for Irochka's eggplants, cook it in sauce? Didn't the tomato fall apart?
Zhannptica
Angela,
I inject !!! I was waiting for these arrows like manna from heaven)) I was not ashamed, I gave all the neighbors a task to give me at least a package, as a result, as many as three huge basins !!!! Of course I played three liter jars of salt, and then ... I frolicked for two days !!!
Angela, after the fifth batch of roasting, the marinade turns into jam and I topped up a fresh batch. I fried tomatoes in quarters with "butts", they were a fixer)) and then, you pour boiling oil practically into the blanket. So I roasted the tomatoes for a minute. I opened one jar of eggplants - they melted with honey, the arrows are delicious (next year I will only roll five cans like this). For me, a little too much salt, although I put the slides without the slides indicated in the recipe. But I hope that it will disperse, my assorted will ripen and I will be happy)))))
In season, I plan to spin at least 20 jars of eggplant and tomato. Fabulously delicious)))
ang-kay
Clear. Irochkin's I covered eggplants with pepper. I really like them too. There was a sampler last year. In this I also plan to close. You need to try to make zucchini like that. Salt, as in which jar it turns out. Probably, the later the bookmark is, the saltier they are or vice versa? I can't figure out something.
We no longer have arrows. We already need to dig out the garlic. My mom has already collected it.
Trishka
Angela, it's me again with!
I cooked it, ate it, it was delicious!

Garlic arrows, stewed in tomato

Thank you !
ang-kay
Ksyusha, to your health) Thank you for such beauty and trust)
Marika33
Angela, I prepared garlic arrows from the freezer today according to your recipe. It turned out to be an excellent dish, even tastier than fresh ones. For some reason, the arrows are sweet after defrosting. I did it in jars, but until they opened them, they stand, did not swell, did not explode.
ang-kay
Marina, see what kind of help in winter? And the sweet ones, most likely, because they smelled frost.
It will be interesting to know how the closed salad will taste. How much vinegar did you pour and how did you do it?
