Will not be reflected in any way. Milk is boiled to kill pathogenic microflora, but this does not affect the composition of the product, its chemical / physical properties. If we assume that the microflora unfavorable in the heat during fermentation can multiply, then they are unlikely to have time to do this: the yeast is very active, there are a lot of them and they will "kill" everyone. And then there will be heat treatment in a pan.

I boil raw milk. Everything in advance, then it just stands in a jug in the refrigerator and waits for its fate (children drink, cook, etc.).
